Return Policy:

 Return for Refund: 30 Days

All merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund, replacement, or store credit (For Restricted return items please see the section below).

Return for Repair/Replacement: 90 Days

Replacement for defective items is offered within 90 days of the original Invoice date.

Cross-shipment shipment is available for defective items that need the Sales account manager's approval.

Please note: No returns will be accepted after the specified timeframes mentioned above.

To check Return Eligibility:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. To check the return eligibility kindly email rma@esaitech.com with your order number and the serial number of the product.

Restricted return Items:

  1. Limited Warranty for Specific Items:
    • Central Processing Units (CPUs), Hard Drives, Memory, Monitors, and Flat Panel Products are covered by a 15-day limited warranty.
  2. CPU Care and Warranty:
    • Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans may result in chipping or burning, rendering the CPUs physically damaged.
    • All CPUs that are chipped or burnt due to such actions are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  3. CPU and memory items are warranted only for replacement or refund for 15 days from the invoice date.
  4. Saitech Custom Systems, Open-Box, Refurbished, and Special-Order Items: No refunds; only returns for repair/replacement are accepted.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items with damaged packaging upon opening, including plastic clamshells, shrink-wrap, special seals, or similar packaging, cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This restriction is due to manufacturer policies.
  6. Arrangements for return in this section must be made within 15 days.

Reporting Order Discrepancies and Shipping Damage:

  1. Reporting Order Discrepancies:
    • Please report any order discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Shipping Package Damage:
    • If the shipping package shows clear signs of damage and was delivered by a commercial carrier such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, we kindly ask you to decline the delivery and promptly inform us via email.
    • In the event of concealed damage discovered upon unpacking, please contact us immediately to arrange for an inspection.
  3. Timeframe for Reporting Damage:
    • Saitech Inc. will not be held responsible for damage claims if they are not reported within 2 business days of receipt.
    • For damaged packages, please notify us immediately at 1-877-440-0256 and retain the damaged packages along with the original packaging for inspection purposes. Hold onto these items for five days.

Return Shipping Policy:

  1. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping:
    • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, with the customer bearing the cost of shipping for returned items.
  2. Seller Responsibility for Replacement Shipping:
    • The Seller assumes responsibility for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges.

Special Orders Policy:

  1. Return and Cancellation Restrictions:
  • Specially ordered items may have unique return restrictions, be non-returnable, or non-cancelable. Specific details regarding these restrictions will be provided at the time of sale.

  • Additional information regarding return policies for specially ordered items can be obtained from the dedicated Sales account manager or through Saitech Customer Relations

New Open Box Item:

Items labeled as 'New Open Box' are subject to a 90-day Saitech replacement warranty. Please note that these items may not include manufacturer warranties or support."

After Receiving RMA Number:

Write the RMA number on the return label or packaging. Return the item in its original packaging to:

The return merchandise authorization (RMA) units must be shipped within 14 days from the issuance of the RMA number. RMAs received beyond this timeframe will be declined and sent back at the sender's cost."

Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee will be incurred on all refund returns. If the item is genuinely defective, we will promptly arrange for a repair or replacement. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns for a refund within 30 days. Credit issuance may take 1-2 weeks. In-store credit options are available.

International Warranty Coverage:

The warranty terms exclusively apply to items shipped within the USA. Before purchase, please verify warranty details with the manufacturer or warranty provider.

Non-defective items for international orders are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns, exchanges, or replacements.

Return Conditions:

All items must be returned in their purchased condition and accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Re-Shipping Fees and Address Verification:

A fee may be applicable for re-shipping undeliverable ground orders, and additional charges may occur for upgraded shipping methods.

Please ensure that shipping and billing addresses match. If they differ, contact your credit card company for address approval.

Product Updates and Pricing:

Saitech reserves the right to continually upgrade and revise products and prices. Revisions or discontinuations may occur at any time without prior notice.

Warranty Coverage:

New Retail/New products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, excluding items classified as End-Of-Life, Discontinued, or Obsolete.

Accuracy Disclaimer:

While Saitech strives for accuracy, orders with incorrect prices due to errors may be refused or canceled at our discretion.
